this is one of the nicest places I've stayed.The staff was available to help in any way needed,and everyone was very pleasant.The room was clean and had the items listed in the ad.The breakfast food was quite good,the usual items plus you could make your own big waffles in a waffle iron--so they were great. The pool had a little too much clorine in the water. The check out time is 11:00,but I really needed a later time.The desk clerk had me fill out a card for Choice Hotels and with that I was able to stay until 2:00. Would I stay again at this hotel--yes ,I would.

my daughters were booked into this hotel with their grandmother. the room they were given did not a have a hot water handle in the bath tub. the bathroom and room itself were filthy. when they turned the water on in the sink, it ran out rusty. the bathtub was covered with scum and mold. from the pictures i have seen, i am shocked that this motel is still open. they were in fact given another room after they complained which was just as bad as the first. the end result was that they checked out and went to another motel in town. i am still contemplating sending a complaint to your county health department. you most certainly need to do something about the mold as it is a health hazard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called 3.5 hrs ahead time to have the air on in the rooms ,When my family and i arrived the rooms were very hot ..I expressed that we had a member that was on oxygen and needed the air on ahead of time .3 of the 4 rooms never got cool at all so management brought them some fans.When I disputed this the hotel did nothing to make this any better except provide fans . 2 members had to switch rooms .By this time the family was pretty frustrated and was unable to enjoy the family reunion .We will look for a different hotel next year .I would think if the hotel knows that the rooms are rented the following day that they would have housekeeping leave the air on especially when its 90 degrees. So much for 100 percent satisfaction guarenteed.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Somerset for sever nights on business in October of 2006. The hotel is very new and clean, with a friendly staff and good breakfast options. It is within a short drive of chain restaurants.

We stay in Choice Hotels at least 30 nights a year, we have never had a problem, this time when we arrived they didn't have us down, I had our comfirmation, we had booked in March for August, and they said they were full we finally got a room. We had a truck full of packages which we didn't want to leave outside since we were staying two days, so we unloaded and brought everything in, well when we got home, one bag was missing, about $400.00 worth of purses. Nothing was left in the room, so there is only one other conclusion. Not our greatest experience and one we want to repeat, so I say it is safer to leave your items in your car, where it will be covered by your insurance. I know this will probably not make the review, but when I called the Hotel I was blown off about it.
