we stay here in may 2008. it provides the basic needs a bed, internet access in the lobby, and free cont. breakfast in the morning. it is located close to park. The rooms were clean but dated. the bedspreads however were a little scary

We have become big fans of the Comfort Inn chain throughout Japan because of the excellent value and location offered at incredibly good prices throughout the country. The Hiroshima Confort Inn was no different. This is a clean, comfortable, no-frills business hotel with small basic cosy rooms. This certainly is no luxury hotel but for around $75 per night, the value here is outstanding. The price includes free high-speed wifi internet in all rooms and a very good (for the price) breakfast. The location of this Comfort Inn is great if you're here as a tourist; a 10 minute walk to the A-bomb Dome and very close to the entertainment district of Hiroshima. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We found this hotel to be in an ideal location for exploring Hiroshima. It has good access to restaurants, nightlife and tourist attractions. Access from the station was very easy with a 10/15min tram ride dropping you right at the door. The hotel was far from luxurious however it had all the basics required. Despite this the value for money was great. The breakfast provided was good and service was fine. We really enjoyed Hiroshima and would recommend it to anyone.

Great location, only 5-10 minutes walk from Peace Park and Peace Memorial museum. Also very near to main restaurant and shopping area. Friendly staff, free Internet, free and good breakfast thrown in. Great value, definitely to be recommended.

There isn't much to say about this place beyond the fact that it provides a roof over your head at a budget price. It has absolutely no frills, save for free internet in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although noise seems to be readily transmitted through the walls. The location is good, within short walking distance of the Peace Park. For some reason, the section of the hotel website giving directions to the hotel suggests getting off at a tram stop quite some distance (and I think a couple of further stops from) the hotel - its actually located one block south of Peace Blvd, on Rijo-dori.
