"We stayed here while attending the A10 basketball tournament at Xavier. It was easy on and off from I-71and it took us little time to drive down to Xavier which was also very easy to get to. The rooms were clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, iron etc. We had a room on the first floor and..."

Lovely Stay in Cincinnati
Average rating: guest rating 9.4

My husband and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Cincinnati for our honeymoon. We loved the hotel. Our room was wonderful. It was clean and well cared for. It was close to all of the major attractions in the city. It never took us more than twenty minutes to reach our destinations. The breakfast was better than average. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Overall the trip was fantastic and the hotel made the entire honeymoon so much more enjoyable.

Great value for families visiting Cinci and Kings Island

Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 10, 8, and 1) stayed at this hotel June 8-11. We found the staff polite, the pool nice, though small, and the rooms clean (the carpet in our room was starting to show its age-I'm sure it was clean, it just didn't look so good). We loved having the microwave to heat baby bottles and the refrigerator to store the baby bottles, drinks, and snacks. The breakfast included waffles which was great for pre-Kings Island fueling. The location was also great-it took us all of 10 min to get to the park! Overall this is a great value!

Great for a midrange hotel

For a midrange hotel, this is a fine place to stay. Seemed to be very convenient to Kings Island and to Cincinnati. We were only there for one night, arrived late and left early. But it was a great clean place to stay. Breakfast was more than adequate, even with a large group of well-behaved high school students also hitting the selections. Good selection, and there were three people keeping things well stocked. Staff was extremely friendly during check in, check out, and keeping the breakfast bar stocked. Only complaint was that the shower curtain rod was a bit loose, which would have made it dangerous if someone had grabbed it to stop a fall. Would stay here again.

Cincinnati for a week
Average rating: guest rating 8.0

We stayed at the hotel for the first week of June. We had an average price of 73$ per night. The hotel appears to be in the process of being upgraded. Our room doors were changed over to card swipes while we were here. In addition, new carpet was being laid in many rooms on the second floor. Our A/C unit had some problems and I reported it to the front desk in the AM. By the time we got back from the day's activities - a new unit had been installed. Breakfast was good and had many of the usual hotel breakfast items. The breakfast choices expanded a little as the weekend approached (Biscuits and Gravy). The lobby and hallways were without A/C. I am not sure what was going on, but it was 90 degrees outside so these areas were a bit uncomfortable. It also made breakfast a bit muggy. The pool was outdoors and was nice and clean. There were always plenty of pool towels and lounge chairs to use. The geographic area is great for travelers. There are a tremendous number of restaurants and shopping in the area. It was also about 5 mins to Kings Island, 20 minutes to the Zoo, and 40 minutes to the Creation Museum in Kentucky. The staff was very polite and the room was cleaned up and fresh towels provided each day. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel - especially at the price.
