I stayed here the first week of the Frankfurt Auto Show... the week when all prices are sky high. Overall I was not terribly impressed with the hotel, especially considering the hotel boasts a plaque when you walk in saying it is one one the best hotels in Germany. the check in folks were not friendly - felt like I was a burden. Room had a lot of amenities for a typical 4 star (ironing board, for example). The strangest part was the hotel restaurant. You walk into a room which is in no way connected to a kitchen (I'm still not sure where the food comes from!) There are only about 10 tables set up, in all kinds of weird configurations (e.g. 2 table of 2, 1 table of 10, another table of 6, with one person seated, and so on.) I was dining with a colleague and after no sight of anyone to seat us we took a seat at table for 6. In the end the food was good it was just unusual. The checkout was just as brisk as the check in. The hotel itself is dated feeling. I would prefer staying at many other places if I were to stay in Wiesbaden.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel, knapp 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ich habe im Tapas Restaurant gegessen, was sehr gut war. Man konnte um das Hotel herum parken oder im Parkhaus. Heilbäder ganz in der Nähe. Zimmer waren geräumig und komfortabel.

Very nice modern hotel about 15 minutes walk to downtown. Ate at the Tapas restaurant which was very good. Parking was available round the hotel or in the parking garage. Spa close by. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I found the staff at the hotel to be kind and helpful. A beautiful breakfast, with delicious marzipan crossants, was available each morning. Our room was very comfortable and the location was perfect. There was a very large park adjacent to the hotel that we walked through every day to the MarktPlatz and with the beautiful autumn colors, it was breathtaking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ich fand das Personal im Hotel nett und hilfsbereit. Ein wunderschönes Frühstück, es gab z.B. leckere Marzipancroissants. Unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und die Lage war perfekt. Neben dem Hotel liegt ein sehr großer Park, den wir jeden Morgen durchquerten, um zum Marktplatz zu kommen. Wunderschöne herbstliche Farben, einfach atemberaubend. Ich kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen.
