The intercontinental hotels should have consistency in the offering. This was not a bad resort but it was very boring in its design and facilities. Where we loved it was the location . The service was efficien but not very warm or friendly. The restaurants were again not very exciting. The food was good and the selection average. We were to visit the hotel with our children but decided to go alone. I think it was a good decidion. I doubt we will go back.

This hotel is simply put the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location, rooms, staff, service was all of the highest quality, and I cannot fault the place in any respect. The spa, and swimming pools were out of this world, and the view when you swim into the outside pool of the alps in the background is stunning. A very expensive hotel obviously, but believe me, you will get what you are paying for. Nothing else to say other than if you are thinking about booking this hotel, think no more and book it straight away!
