The hotel occupies a five-storeyArt-Nouveau building in the central part of Rigabuilt in 1910. During the years 1995-1998underwent partial reconstruction. iN 1996 the hotelwas awarded the Order of Three Stars certificate. Itis a tourist class hotel with good service andreasonable prices.
