The family resort ?Werfenweng? is located in the midst of the impressive mountains , which are called ?Tennengbirge?, approximate 50km south of the city of Salzburg. The area offers a wonderful natural surrounding, as well as the fitting atmosphere of the hotel.. Under new Management, since November 2004, has the Resort been taken through a period of extensively rebuilding and renovations. Now we can offer accomodation up to 300 guests. Werfenweng is a very small and quite village at the base of the ?Tennengebirge? mountain range, the family resort is located at the village center. From the Hotel you will have an easy access to the walking, hiking, climbing or mountain bike trails. In the main building you will find a newly renovated Lobby with the all inclusive Bar as well as the kitchen show case and the Reception. Our Panorama Restaurant makes up the central part of the hotel complex. The wintergarden with selfserve bar is complimented by the garden with small ponds, kids playarea and an area perfect for relaxation in the sun.
