We found it to be a luxurious, small hotel in a great location. The room was very attractive and comfortable. The breakfast room and buffet were outstanding. The front desk staff was very friendly and willing to be helpful; however their recommendations for travel options and restaurants were variable. Overall, we were very happy with the choice.

A wonderful hotel located very central and in a good area of Naples. Throughout the hotel you see that attention has been paid to detail and everyhting is in perfect condition. Our room was spacious with good furniture and a good bathroom. The bed comfortable but the pillows were synthetic and they might have offered down as an alternative. Breakfast was good Italian buffet style. The staff was very professional, polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

L'albergo rappresenta per me uno dei punti di riferimento per la sua calda e raffinata ospitalità. Collocato splendidamente nella città, in una posizione ideale per la visita dei suoi monumenti e per lo shopping, ha camere ampie (la mia era una suite) e arredate con lusso ed eleganza. Molto cordiale, disponibile ed efficiente il personale. E' davvero un posto di cui, partendo, si sente la nostalgia

We stayed at the Palazzo Alabardieri for one night and we wished that we had time to stay longer. The staff was very friendly and helpful - the room was beautiful, clean and well appointed - breakfast was bountiful and served in a beautiful room. The neighborhood, Chiaia is lovely and safe - close to the waterfront area of Santa Lucia and near great shops. We had a hectic trip into Naples by car (have never seen greater chaos on the streets of any city - and we have lived in NYC and Mexico City!! - there are no rules to Neopolitan driving !) The hotel was an oasis away from the crazy streets of the City. I would go back in a minute. There are several good restaurants in the neighborhood as well - the Piazza di Trieste e Trento is right down the street and there is a beautiful outdoor restaurant on the piazza.
