Although we had to move rooms a few times in the beginning, due to only the third floor only having individual a/c, the staff could not be more accommodating and pleasant for the entire 7 days we were there. Our room was huge with a bathroom big enough to be a hotel room in other European hotels. The only drawback was no elevator for a 3 floor hotel- for a newer constructed building by the owner- a former NBA star who apparently spared no expenses... we did not understand the logic. But the helpfullness of the staff and willingness to assist with everydetail was great and more than made up the minor detail. The free breakfast buffet was delicous with a full buffet ioncluding lithuanian crepes and cheeses. Hotel is located in an emerging area (lots of attractive condos being built) a few minutes walk away from the old town. Free internet use in the busines center (time limit) was a plus. Fitness room is large although the whirlpool and sauna is an additional charge (too bad). This is not a 2 star hotel as posted- it is definately a 3 or 3.5. The lack of an elevator im sure affects this 4th star . The service again, was exceptional

...it more than makes up for in sterility. This business-oriented hotel could have been plucked from the vacinity of any airport in the midwestern U.S. And you know what, that was fine with us. In a country that acknowledges its service industry is often lacking, the staff was friendly and willing to speak English. The rooms were spic and span clean, down to the shower grouting. Room was made up nicely each morning when we got back from sight-seeing.
Some might find it a little more of a walk than the maps indicate, but after a filling breakfast we didn't mind. About 15-20 minutes from the hotel to the Cathedral where the Old City starts. Check out the bus routes on the map provided in the brochures left in the room; there are three or four that come within 100 meters or so of the entrance to the office park where the hotel is located. Not a place that you'll write home about, but a safe bet.

We just got back from 3 nights in Vilnius. The hotel was generally pretty good. The food was particularly good and also far from expensive, like pretty much everything else in Vilnius.
The service was also pretty good.
The only negative was the fact the restaurant closed before 8 on Saturday night (being Easter Saturday...), but we were directed next door and well fed there instead.
While it was out of the city centre, it was still within walking distance of the Old Town and sights.
I read a review before we went that said it seemed to be one of the better value hotels in it's class, and I wouldn't argue, that it was good value.
