Stayed here with my dad and brother in law to be during our visit to The Open Golf Championship at Carnoustie in 2007. The rooms were quite spacious and clean and the service was of above average in quality. The bar staff were excellent. The hotel was only 7/8 miles from the course, which was ideal. The steak we had in the hotel on the first night was brilliant and elegantly presented. I would stay at this hotel again - ideal for golfing getaways.

Just 1 mile from city centre this hotel was ideally situated for a quick stopover from glasgow to aberdeen. Food great and the Tunisian guy on the bar good fun....Rooms a little basic but clean and warm... Will be back!

Stayed here with a group of seven friends on a golfing break. When we originally booked we were asked if we would like to have our golf booked for us. Everything was taken care of including a bar that was open when we arrived at 2am. They were waiting on us and knew we would need a few beers before bed. THe stay was great with lots of big rooms and a great central location for touring and only a short walk from town. Food was also excellent and we will we back next year.
