The buildings of Son Roig had been for many decades the centre of agriculture and raising cattle of the adjacent areas. Today the buildings have been reformed by their owners in the most authentic Majorcan style. Located in pure nature- but only 5 km. away from the village of Porreres. Its typical architecture as well as the selection of rustic but comfortable decoration makes this the perfect spot to relax. Located in a tranquil area- at only 5 km from Porreres- and about 8 Km from Villafranca and Felanitx. Its central location makes it easy to visit all the beaches and coast-areas. The airport is about 45 Km away. The surrounding villages offer a wide variety of wines and typical products and the possibility to get to know the Balearic culture and people. For your leisure the Finca is provided with a pool- terrace with sunbeds and sunshades and well kept gardens. Agriculture has always been the main resource of this area. Proofs of it are the still working 36 windmills.
