We stayed here for 3 nights, while in Leipzig for the WGT festival. The room was small, but clean with ensuite. The cooked breakfast options were excellent and catered well to western tastes! (unlike some places in Germany). The staff were friendly and there was a lift which helped with the heavy bags. The location wasn't bad - about 8 mins on the tram to Augustusplatz - but we didn't try walking - we thought it might be a bit far.
