My overall impression is that the people are very, very friendly at this hotel, from the reception staff to the bar to the restaurant to the general manager. They made us really feel welcome. The rooms are adapted to the new Novotel standard, very comfortable beds, stylish bathrooms. The location is very very quiet, next to a park. To downtown it is a 15 minutes walk, but you can catch the metro which stops 2 minutes away if you don't feel like walking. Food was excellent, we had lunch there. All fine, nothing at all to complain, I can recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits en famille avec un enfant de 5 ans dans cet excellent hôtel, l'un des meilleurs Novotel connu jusqu'alors. Niveau 4 étoiles assurément. L'accueil et le service ont été plus que formidables de la part de l'ensemble du personnel. Réservé sur internet, nous avons bénéficié d'une promotion flash à 85 euros la chambre standard par nuit hors petit déjeuner. La chambre, grande, propre, moderne disposait d'un écran plasma, douche ET baignoire, frigidaire et BOUILLOIRE+café/thé gratuit, WC séparés, un grand lit et un canapé lit très confortable. Les petits-déjeuners en chambre sont gargantuesques ! Les Novotel propose en outre un espace jeu pour les enfants. Pour l'été, l'hôtel dispose d'une piscine extérieure. Le parking sous l'hôtel est très sécurisé. Situé à l'entrée d'un grand parc avec jeux pour enfants et d'un très joli jardin japonais, l'hôtel est un tout petit peu excentré du centre ville mais la station de metro est à deux pas (parc à traverser). J'étais un peu sceptique sur le fait de ne pas être en centre ville directement (l'objet de la visite étant touristique) mais très sincèrement, ça n'a pas vraiment été un soucis. Côté restauration, le service et les plats sont impeccables. Seuls les desserts ne sont pas vraiment exceptionnels. Si d'habitude la déco des Novotel est assez froide et standardisée, dans cet hôtel, l'aménagement des espaces communs comme de la chambre étaient vraiment très jolis. Si je retourne à Toulouse, je choisirai immanquablement cet hôtel. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

We are a family of 2 adults + 2 children 11yrs & 6yrs. I am a non flyer so we drive through France and Spain frequently for holidays. Being a family of 4 we have limited choice for Hotels as most in France will only accommodate 3 to a room. We were expecting Travel Lodge like accomodation, but were pleasently surprised on our arrival. It looked good outside, it looked great inside too. The hotel was very clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The decor was contempory through out. The room was spacious with mini bar and air conditioning. We had a King size bed whilst the children shared a double sprung sofa bed. We used the pool and dined in the restaurant, both were good. The service was excellent. We would definately return. Even my very fussy 11 year old (not sure where he gets it from!) liked this hotel and he is used to staying in good 4*/5* Hotels in Britain!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way back from Collioure to Paris. We are a family of four with children aged 14 and 11. We chose this hotel partly due to the fact that we could all stay in one room and partly due to pool. Also very easy to book from the Accor website (we paid upfront - a good rate which included breakfast for all of us). The room was fine although in our subsequent Novotel (in Paris) the sofabed opened out into two single beds which would have been helpful. We were given a terrace room which included a large balcony. The bathroom only had a shower but it was a really good shower. The room was nicely appointed. We ate dinner in the hotel - the service was fine but the food just ok. There are plenty of good places to eat in Toulouse so I would recommend going elsewhere if you have the time. The pool was not huge but large enough - it was a real bonus as the weather was very hot when we were there.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Carcassonne, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean. There was 8 in our group 4 adults and 4 children and all enjoyed their stay here.
