The room service food gave me an upset stomach to the point that I was too weak to go down to the coffee shop for breakfast the next day. I have prepaid for a daily breakfast so I asked my husband to bring up a breakfast box for me. The hotel staff denied the request my husband's explanation that I was too sick to go down but would like just a small box of a few pastries. They just kept saying no until my husband raised his voice asking for the GM. We also didn't get our 2 connecting rooms despite making the booking 5 weeks before and getting a confirmation that we will be given 2 connecting rooms. But when we threatened to cancel the second room's reservation and demanded half our money back (we pre-paid the 2 rooms), suddenly 2 connecting rooms become available!!!! As well the room boys kept on knocking and even walked into the room despite our "do not disturb" sign. One time they even walked in when I was getting a full body scrub and lying naked, with the do not disturb sign on the door. I won't be going back to this hotel ever, I don't suggest you do.

The area was very pleasant ; near a big shopping mall, the GALERIA. The Negative thing that annoying was that the room was not soundproofed enough. Noise from the street, from the corridor ad also from the next room. But i still recommend the Hotel for everybody who want to stay in a hotel with a really good taste of breakfast. Try to order Omelette from the cheff. It really tasty.

I stayed here three nights in September, 2006 on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room and the buffet breakfast. The hotel is centrally located and has a nice secluded swimming pool. I had problems with connecting to the internet, but the staff couldn't help me until I saw other guests with their laptop in the swimming pool area. This turned out to be the only area with good wireless access! Tip: the air conditioning in the bar is freezing, sit outside in the swimming pool area in the evening!
