This hotel is very old, the food is terrible and expensive ( If U stay there don't eat in the restaurant), the staff is the worst I have ever met (they are rude, unhelpful, lazy, if U as for smth U wait very long and they may forget about u). For the same price U can find nice, clean hoten in downtown.
I don't recommend.

The Worst Novotel I've Ever Stayed At

I had not planned to spend a night here but bad roads slowed us down. We are a family of 3 and I could not find a hotel that could handle that huge number of people in town. So we went to the Novotel. We had reservations for another Novotel for the next 3 nights so I felt pretty comfortable with this choice, although it is not cheap.
This hotel was without a doubt the worst Novotel I have ever stayed in. It looks like they built a new lobby onto an older hotel. The room was clean and I have no complaints about that. But it looked and felt like it was 20 years old, just with new curtains and a new bed. Counters were chipped, carpets were so worn that I could not believe it.
There was an outdoor pool, which was not helpful in March. Breakfast was 17 Euros and as expensive as the room was for the value we received I skipped it and we left as soon as possible the next morning.
The rooms are not soundproof. I could hear everyone walking up and down the halls all night and had to wear ear plugs. It wasn't exactly a party hotel or anything, but I expect better from Novotels.
Parking was secured with a guard outside and we had no issues, but prices have gone up significantly since the previous posts and parking was 30 Zloty, or around 10 Euro. And there are NO other options.
There was nothing about this hotel to recommend it, other than it could actually sleep 3 comfortably and I will not be going back.

I was a bit concerned at first about staying here, but it turned out great. They have secure parking on site with a guard in his booth 24/7. It cost 8 Euro. The guard even had us move our car when we returned in the evening, so he could watch it better. The breakfast was okay, but cheap, 6 Euro. The stay was nice too. Very clean and they accomodated us with 4 twin beds. It is not within walking distance to downtown and there are no restaurants nearby.

This hotel in Wroclaw was OK- the room was very institutional feeling with a long counter desk and threadbare rugs, with no minibar/fridge. There was a couch but it was quite worn out. Bathroom was a good size and there was also a pool (which I did not use). Was not too impressed with the town of Wroclaw- you are better off to see Warsaw or Krakow if you want to visit Poland. There was a nice lady at the front desk who took good care of me and spoke fantastic English. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel which heads further out of the city- the stop which brings you into town is abut a 5 minute walk. There is nothing nearby in the way of shops, restaurants, etc, but the hotel has a decent restaurant for dinner (I decided not to pay extra for the breakfast). An alright hotel, a little spartan and far away, but a great value for the budget traveller or a family. I would recommend that one not drink the water from the tap, as I have had bad experiences with Polish water on previous trips...
