Un bon hôtel. Nous avons trouvé le personnel extrêmement sympathique, nos enfants ont pu courir dans les couloirs sans problèmes. Les chambres sont asez grandes, la réception aussi. Le restaurant était très bien et le service superbe. Nous avons aimé l'ambiance de cet hôtel dans la mesure où tout était fermé à Vichy et qu'il a plu trois jours! Gyl

The normal Novotel standard of a reasonable but unexciting room in a fairly modern block. Food in the restaurant was above average. Has a small outdoor pool. Location is good for the town and the spa.
