La propreté de la salle de bain n'était pas tout à fait celle d'un hotel 4****, et il manquait une roulette sur le lit de ma fille (nous avons calé le lit avec un coussin !) Par ailleurs, et c'est ce qui nous a vraiment paru intolérable, réservation de la table pour 20 h prise de commande qu'à 20 h 45 servi à 21h20 sans aucune boisson... et il a fallu que je réclame les glaces comprises dans le menu enfant jusqu'à 22 h 10 !!! Autant vous dire que ça ne met pas de bonne humeur !!! Franchement j'espère pour eux qu'à l'avenir ils feront des efforts, nous avons adressé nos déceptions au directeur de l'hotel, car nous n'étions pas les seuls à nous plaindre !

Booked hotel (£53) for B&B. Room was good, clean and practical. Hotel is fine for overnight stop. Well located for airport (early flight out). Handy- as previous reviewer suggested- return rented vehicle to airport then use courtesy phone to request shuttle to hotel. Courtesy phone located in terminal opposite information desk. Shuttle v.quick and efficient- returned to airport next morning (every half hour).. staff very friendly and helpful. good base- would recommend.

We stayed for the first and last nights of road trip thru Cathar towns. Early May 2007. I based the choice on prior reviewer on this site. It was convenient to airport with shuttle. Prompt pick-up and courteous staff. Multilingual. Easily caught public bus to Toulouse centre for quick tour. No bus changes..one stop there, one stop off. Loved the little restaurant and garden out back. Thought the food was very nice, service very good and reasonably priced. It was close to motorway, on a little preserve in a neighborhood and a breeze on the way back in by car... with a good map from car rental.Gas station close by for gas-up for rental return. The rate was an internet special "use or lose" guaranteed rate which was a tremendous value. Clean, functional and we would stay again. Not too crowded, but was before tourist season kicked in. I'd say this convenience was well worth it to us, considering our plans. It was also quiet there.

We booked online to stay at the Novotel Toulouse Airport to give us an early start the following morning after a 9.30pm flight arrival. We took advantage of the special offer rate of 78 Euro for an overnight stay with breakfast included. As It's easy to pay well over double this rate without the offer we were well pleased. We had booked a hire car and had planned to drive to the hotel that night. However one look at the map showed that the hotel wasn't exactly at the airport! In fact it's a fairly complex 10 minute drive from the airport to the hotel. First tip is to leave the hire car until the following morning and call the hotel for the free shuttle bus (free phone at airport arrival.) It arrived within 15 minutes outside gate A and took us to the hotel without fuss. Hotel reception was extremely friendly and we soon had our room, which was clean and pleasant, though looking rather tired. We had a good meal in the restaurant from a fairly limited menu. The restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was quiet overnight (it was a Sunday), sadly I was awake to listen to how quiet it was as the bed was extremely firm. Not what I'm used to. Breakfast was varied and had something for all tastes. Again the staff were attentive and pleasant. We would certainly consider a return to the hotel in similar circumstances, though the thought of another hard bed would worry me. Reccomended hotel, especially at the special offer price. Remember, take the shuttle bus!
