My husband and our two children (12 & 9 yrs) stayed for 7 nights last July and I can honestly say it has been our best holiday yet. The hotel staff were so pleasant & accommodating, their command of the english language would put native speakers to shame!! The free shuttle bus service from the airport right to the front door of the hotel was great and saved a lot of hassle with taxis. The room yes it was small- but when the kids go free whos complaining!! The room was bright, clean & cheerful, besides we were hardly ever in it...except to sleep..what with the pool and the beach just one street away!! The beach is a little pebbly but the choice of the restaurants that line it were amazing and not too badly priced either.....cheaper than a night out with the family in Dublin or Belfast thats for sure!! The food in the hotel was great too.....the breakfast would set you up for the rest of the day....@ only 10 euro certainly worth it....again children go free!!!! The Gallerie Lafayette is litterally next door with a food hall to rival any I've seen with lots of seated areas to sample the delights of Nice. The railway station is a five minute walk away with an excellent train service with airconditioned trains...no need to hire a car!! Dont look any further than this hotel for price, friendliness and "location, location location"!!!

Great place to stay over night before a flight. Airport shuttle was efficient and convient. Room was small and not luxurious, but priced right for an overnight close to airport. Service was excellent and everyone I dealt with spoke English. Food was good. Would absolutely stay again.

This is a very convenient place to stay when flying in or out of the Nice area, with a free shuttle to and from the airport. At the airport call from the visitor info desk for pick-up. The hallways look a little tired, but the room was fine, decent-sized by French standards, overlooking the garden and pool. We had a rate that included a good breakfast with lots of choices -- juice, coffee, toast, cereals, breads, cheeses, crepes, fruit, yogourts, etc. On its own the breakfast is 13 Euro per person. The Cap 3000 shopping centre has a Galeries Lafayette, plus many other stores, and is one block away. Also a block away is the promenade along the beach, which has many restaurants and cafes, as well as public beach access points. Downtown Nice was several km away and we never went into town, so I can't speak of the hotel's convenience for visiting the city. For non-francophiles, the hotel staff speaks excellent English, and was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if travelling via Nice.

We stayed here last August. It is a great hotel particularly because of its location. The beach is just a street away and it is a short walk to the train station to Cannes or Nice/ Monaco. Plenty of good restauarants at the port. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely and a pretty sun terrace to eat in. Across the road is the Cap 3000 shoppingcentre - and the best place to get a bus to and from Nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a good airport shuttle service. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend this hotel.
