J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel en avril. Il est très bien situé : à 10 minutes de l’aéroport, à 10 minutes du Parc d’Expositions de Villepinte et à 45 minutes seulement de Paris.
Récemment rénové, il offre d’excellentes prestations et on y mange très bien. De plus son personnel est très chaleureux.
Je reviendrais ici. Bravo !

Je suis allée à Paris avec ma mère pour y passer le Nouvel An.
J’ai été absolument dégoûtée d’y trouver des punaises de lits. OUI, DES PUNAISES ! J’ai été piquée partout sur les bras.
On ne s’attend pas à ça venant d’un Novotel !!
N’y allez pas !! Il a fallu une semaine pour que les piqûres disparaissent et toujours aucune excuse !

My mother and I went to Paris for new year, I was digusted to find bed bug - YES BED BUG! bites all over my arms.
You do not expect this from the Novotel!!
STAY AWAy! the bites took over a week to go down and still no apology!!
