I stayed ther for aprox 30 days and found the staff very helpful and courtes, ther was always some one behind the desk that could speak english as I was limited on my portugeese. They have all the bell ringers and whisles that one could ask for. I checked out only because I was tired of the same room and the windows did not open for some fresh air. I give the hotel and staff above average marks and would stay there again if I was in town.
