Arrived after midnight and so needed a convenient hotel to the airport. The IBIS was very close, 5-10minute drive. The shuttle bus run by the hotel was free and ran 24hrs per day so a great choice of hotel for me. Having said this it was basic yet functional so served a purpose. Price reflected this. Average airport hotel but suited my needs well. Staff friendly, breakfast choice limited

The Ibis was a really nice hotel. I had to stay there for two nights as I was working close to the airport, and was a little concerned that it would be noisy and maybe a little shabby. It was neither. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the restaurant was really good. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, and the shuttle service was excellent. A very good choice if you need to stay close to Arlanda. Not so good if you are hoping for entertainment because, as you can imagine, being close to an airport, there isn't much else around.

We had no problems with the service here - had a prompt shuttle pick-up from the airport and they also got us back there promptly the next morning for our 6am checkin. Staff were courteous and efficient. The only thing that stops me giving a higher score was the quality of the furniture in the rooms - in the first room we were given my partner sat on the end of the bed and the leg snapped off!. But the hotel were very accommodating about this and promptly moved us next door to a new room. I noticed that some of the comments by the previous reviewer appeared to have been specifically addressed -like a note in the bathroom advising that extra towels were stocked in the wardrobe, so they may have seen the feedback and acted on it!
