Il est horriblement mal situé, sur une rue principale, près d’un échangeur. Il y a un parking privé mais il n’est pas surveillé. Difficile à trouver sans GPS, à mon avis. Les chambres sont plutôt petites et les salles de bains sont des chefs d’œuvre de la miniaturisation. Le restaurant sert un dîner très basique et d’un rapport qualité/prix vraiment pas terrible. Les restaurants des Ibis sont généralement assez bons mais celui-ci est nul. Le petit déjeuner est correct. En résumé un Ibis pas génial mais pas cher. A utiliser pour une halte d’une nuit mais pas plus.

Pretty awful location, on a busy main road next to a flyover. Private car park, but not secure. Could be tricky to find without a nav system. Rooms are on the small side and bathrooms a masterpiece of nano-design. Restaurant is very basic for dinner, and really quite poor value - IBIS restaurants are usually pretty good, but this one is worth a miss. OK for breakfast, mind you. Overall a cheap-ish IBIS, and you get what you pay for. Would use it for an overnight stop, but not for anything else.

Hard to find? Not now when you can punch the address into a GPS navigator like a Tom Tom Go. Good value hotel situated in outskirts of Clermont Ferrand, France and pretty convenient for North / South Motorways. Great view of Puy de Dome in distance from the front of the hotel. Rooms clean and quiet. Yes, the bathroom is modular but if you are in transit, it is all you need. A reliable choice of hotel with a decent buffet style breakfast in the morning (bread, butter, preserves, juice, coffee) in the restaurant. Only criticism? BBC World News had not been re-tuned from analogue to digital service at the time of our visit so we could not catch up with the news. When I spoke to reception, they could not understand what we were saying about the need to correct this. Excellent value and recommended.

A very basic accommodation not located downtown. Was very hard to find arriving by car from western France into Clermont Ferrand. Small double room & very small "modular" bathroom with shower only. Free parking in front of hotel. (Highway numbers in France are not often displayed and frequently change. Also streets in cities change names every few blocks! Even when asking locals for directions, there were unsure.)
