The hotel advertises family rooms but it is really built for double occupancy. Our 13-year-old son's bed consisted of a mattress on the floor. When we complained we were told all the camp beds were in use. We did get one for the remaining two nights, but the room could hardly take three, and we had to sidle round the beds in order to dress! Receptionists were very friendly, and helped us with bus routes. They spoke perfect English. The restaurant had a limited menu but the food was good, and bar and restaurant staff were also very pleasant. Breakfast buffet was absolutely fine. The car park had plenty of spaces. The whole hotel was very clean and all-in-all a very positive experience, marred only by the lack of space in the room for a family of 3. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area, as the rates were very reasonable.
