I stayed at Kennedy Hotel while lecturing in Santiago. The property is clean, comfortable, and well located. Except for an initial insistance that I pay some of the room charges of a previous guest, I found the front desk to be helpful and friendly. The bar was very good, breakfast was below average. The exercise room was above average to good, except that use of shower or sauna was an addition US$20 charge. There was free WiFi in the lobby area but this did not reach up to the guest rooms. This is a nice 3 to 4 star hotel.

Stayed at Hotel Kennedy with family and young child. Hotel is clean, has very good facilities, staff is extremely courtious and helpful. Location is great. Food is also good. I would recommend staying there.

Stayed for one night in October. This is still a very good hotel. Although some distance from the city centre it has all the shops and restaurants nearby that you could ever require. Good public transport available into the city. The rooms are large, clean and well air conditioned. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. The concierge, Pedro, was particularly helpful with my lost airline luggage.

Great hotel, great location, delicious breakfast, just nearby a fantastic mall. The cable TV was also excellent. I totally recommend it.

Arrived at the hotel by transfer from the airport which is about 15 minutes away. Downtown Santiago is 10 minutes away. The Mall Parque Arauco is a 5 minute walk and offers fantastic shopping and cafe/restaurants. There is a subway station about 5 mintues walk from the Hotel Kennedy. The reservation was in order and nice greeting by the friendly staff. we were pleasantly surprised by the room and it was very clean. Everything was in good working order and a great array of tv channels were available. A complimentary drink was enjoyed in the hotel bar and a nice breakfast, included in the room rate, the service was wonderful in both. At night the restaurant is a romantic setting especially in the atrium part. Would stay here again & recommend this hotel.
