Booked this hotel after reading the reviews on this website (which i use a lot).Have no complaints whatsoever, originally booked 3 nights but decided on 6 after being there and realising we were in a small paradise location.Naples is a perfect chill out place and this hotel helps achieve that.Fantastic staff who could not do more.Reading a lot of reviews here it seems folks stay at the poolside quite a lot (which is nice).But why oh why they cannot utilise the 2 minute free shutle to the fantastic beaches astounds me.Moreover the service provided by the concierge/shuttle drivers is excellent both for drop off and pick up punctuality but also the impecable manners whilst carrying out these duties.I refer mainly to Larry here, but Tommy who has apparantly just won an award for bellboy of the year was also a character not to miss.All staff who i dealt with were superb.The room was a studio with balcony overlooking the pool.Excellent. Naples is place i will visit again and i will DEFINITELY check out this hotels availability.

My family and I had such a wonderful time I had to tell everyone about it. The staff is polite and helpful, the concierge booked us on a delightful airboat ride in the Everglades, the children got to see alligators in the wild. We were offered a sunset sail around the coast, we took a bike ride to the beach, the bikes were provided by the resort. The pool is beautiful, and my children could not stop talking about the pizza, provided by ZIzi's which is located in the resort. The rooms range from a studio apartment to a three bedroom suite. We took the two bedroom model and it was gorgeous, it even came with a washer and dryer, which anyone with children knows, is a "must have". The housekeeping staff is courteous and unintrusive, the grounds were beautifully maintained, I just can't say enough about this resort. Located in the heart of Downtown Naples, we were within walking distance to all the primere shops on 5th avenue, plenty of shopping, and if you want to go out to eat, Zizi's is the place, but there are many more choices within just a few minutes drive. So to anyone looking to visit Southwest Florida Bellasera is the place to go.

It was so great to have plenty of room and a washer and dryer!! Traveling with children, we were glad to have clean clothes , room for them to watch movies and play games at the same time. The kids loved the pool and in return the adults did also. The full size kitchen was a godsend to cut down on eating out and for fixing quick snacks and lunch, as the children did not want to leave the pool area. Thank you for a wonderful week. This hotel was amazing! It shouldn't be called a hotel, but rather, mini-condos! The room was beautiful, the service was top notch, and it made our stay so much more enjoyable! The kids loved the pool, and chasing lizards in the courtyard, and my wife and I enjoyed the restaurant and fitness room! There was so much to do, and was only two blocks from 5th Avenue, which is an experience in itself, and all for a very reasonable price. OUTSTANDING! We can't wait to stay there again!

Spent 5 days at the Bellasera. Would highly recommend this hotel.Staff were superb--welcoming,friendlyand most helpful.The accommodation was first class, offering every home comfort! Simply one of the best hotels we've stayed in.WONDERFUL! E Gair Tyne & Wear England
