I flew to Australia for a one week business trip near Melbourne. I stayed in one of their Business Class rooms. This contained a king size bed, large desk, Flat Screen TV with many channels to choose from, and a DVD player. The room was clean and well kept, the furniture not showing any wear. I am a stickler for a clean room and I had nothing to complain about...the staff does a great job of keeping this place looking great. And about the staff......I had an issue with the wireless Internet during my stay. They were quite responsive and answered any questions I had. They got me fixed up and connected right away. The front desk staff was always friendly and helped point this lost American in the right direction. I never had a chance to eat at the restaurant during my stay, but there is plenty of restaurants nearby just down the road. There is a shopping mall down the road as well. The highest praise a business traveler can give a hotel is that he remembers a particular property, and will return on his next trip. I can tell you this, on my next trip to Melbourne, I won't have to worry about finding a place to rest and relax. One last thought.....I would recommend getting a car if you are going to stay here, as the hotel is located on a busy street and most everything close should be driven. While there are sidewalks, the amount of traffic might make it a bit safer in car if you want to visit the local mall or restaurants. Ron

We stayed in the 3 bed fully serviced apartment and found the accomodation and staff excellent. It is on a main access road to the city (15min drive or public transport) and close(1km)to a very large shopping centre and short walk to shops and banks. We arrived 2 days late as I had an unexpected stay in hospital and the hotel did not charge for the late arrival! I highly recommend the hotel for families.
