This hotel was perfect in every way! We stayed over christmas whilst visiting family in cincinnati. Three children, one senior citizen and two adults were more than comfortable in one of the two bedroomed suites, which had everything we needed during our week long stay. The suite was clean and tidy when we arrived, with plenty of towels - we asked for some more pillows (as we all have at least two pillows each at home) and they arrived straight away. We opted out of having the room fully serviced as we knew that with the amount of luggage, christmas presents, and children we would rather do it ourselves, but we still recieved a knock on the door every morning from the maid to replenish our towels and take our trash away which was great. The Staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. They had no problem with us putting up our own christmas tree, and we even had several family members (umm like 15) over on christmas eve. The kitchen was not only well equipped to do finger food on christmas eve, but also to prepare a full traditional christmas dinner on christmas day - the only thing we had to buy was a potato peeler! If you want the convieniences that you have at home, or have children with you, I would reccomend this hotel whole-heartedly - they have the perfect mix - the kids love the pool which is quiet and very safe, and the hotel is comfortable and in a great location. Excellent value for money with staff that actually care that their guests are comfortable and even take the trouble to get to know you personally.

This hotel is a quiet little gem in a great location in the suburbs of Cincinnati. All rooms have a full kitchen or kitchenette (nearly a full kitchen, without the oven). It is focused on primarily business stays, but we found it perfect for our weekend with our 13 month old. The staff was super friendly. Our room was clean. The pool area was nice. The rates are the cheaper than other area hotels! We will definitely stay here again!

Quest’hotel è un piccolo gioiello, è un posto tranquillo situato in una bellissima zona residenziale di Cincinnati. In tutti gli alloggi c'è una cucina completa o un cucinotto (che è praticamente come una cucina, manca solo il forno). È adatto soprattutto per soggiorni d’affari, ma noi abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana perfetto insieme al nostro bambino di 13 mesi. Il personale era estremamente cordiale. La camera era pulita e la piscina molto bella. Il prezzo è inferiore rispetto a quello di altri hotel della zona! Torneremo sicuramente!

This was my first stay with Arcadia and it was great! I will use only this property when I travel to Cincinnati. I suggest everyone that reads these reviews check into the Arcadia Residential Suites. You will have a great stay. It really is just like home with all the homelike amenities they offer.
