VILLA The 37 air-conditioned accommodations of the Villa are large junior suites and suites. They are all spacious with well coordinated decor and furnishing in the contemporary spirit. Terraces overlook either the gardens or the lake and the city of Lugano. Heavy drapes and a large overstuffed sofa separate the bedroom from the living room area. Bathroom facilities are located in either one or two marbled rooms on either side of hallway. RESIDENCE The 38 air-conditioned rooms of the Residence are elegant and gracious overlooking the garden or the park and all have the necessary quietness to please any guest driving for a thankful rest. They have all separate areas either by a floor level difference seperating sleeping from sitting area or even more with a separated bedroom and are equipped with a small kitchenette. Each of the 75 rooms feature minibar, colour TV, in-house video, radio, safe, individual controlled air-conditioning, the bathrooms have hair dryer, superb toiletries, and thick terry-cloth bathrobes.
