I decided to extend my stay in Calgary and had to find a play to stay last minute. I booked through the CAA website and found it priced at $119 for that particular night. The room/suite was nice and spacious. I found it to be comfortable as there's a seperate living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The bedroom is a little small and the bed is average, not bad. If the bed is the most important part of your stay, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn (which was just a couple of blocks away from Lakeview) or the Delta Bow Valley (downtown Calgary). There is a Tim Horton's within walking distance which was open late or 24 hours (not sure). There is also an A&W beside it and The Cactus club beside it if you're looking for some close eating options. You can easily get to the airport in about 7-10 minutes from this place. The Sunridge Mall, Chapters, movie theatre, Best Buy, Costco, Staples, Sobeys, London Drugs and other eating options are just about 5 minutes south east (by car). You can get to downtown in about 15-20 minutes. Access to the Deerfoot highway is approx. 5-10 minutes. The hotel staff was okay. The person that greeted me at check-in seemed surprised I was there for an early check-in (even though I called ahead and was told it was okay to check in by 1pm). There were 2 TV's in the room. One in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The bedroom TV was smaller. Breakfast and light dinner were offered free to guests but never got to try it due to other plans. High speed internet was better/faster than most hotels. Parking is free. There is an outdoor basketball court which I regret not being able to use due to lack of time. The fitness centre appeared to be small. Overall, I'd consider staying here again due to the overall comfort it offers and it's convenient location relative to the airport and downtown.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks while in Calgary for business. I stayed in a Studio suite and it was very comfortable for a extended stay. It had a nice size kitchenette with full size fridge, dishwasher and a two burner stove and a sit up eating bar. The living area had a sofa, chair, ottoman, large desk with internet access. The bed was around the corner and nice size and very comfy with lots of pillows. Fullsize closet and large vanity area, tub and toilet in area. The staff where extremely pleasant and always saying hello when passing in the hall. Sharon from the breakfast bar was wonderful, as well as the other ladies and front desk. There was always a good variety at the breakfast, eggs, ham, pastries, fruit, cereal, make your own waffles. Breakfast area was comfy - but they were doing reno's and the week I was there and wasn't sure if I liked how they where doing the new set up. Exercise room was fine, 2 treadmills, a bike, weight machine. Pool and hot tub were good too. Nothing fancy but it generally was quiet and had it all to yourself. They also supplied a light eve meal during the weekdays. The biggest downside was no restaurant or lounge on site, but there are a few restaurants (Chilies, Moxies, Earls, Joey Tomatoes, Toad and Turtle, Hooters) a quick drive away and Tim Hortans and A&W are right next door as well as the Cactus Club (didn't eat there but heard that the Catus Club was good) Would recommed this to anyone on a extended stay.

Our 1 night stay on Jan. 30/08 at the Lakeview Signature Suites Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is excellent for an airport stop-over stay...about a 8-10 minute drive to the airport. Check-in/out was excellent and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite at no extra charge. The hotel and suite were very clean. The staff are all very friendly and hospitable. The suite has a full size kitchen with a full fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and stove. The bed was very comfortable. The washrooms are nice and shower is excellent. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic...excellent food and lots of selection. Overall our stay was wonderful. I would recommend the Lakeview Signature Suites when staying in Calgary.

For an airport hotel, this was a winner. Stylish rooms and complimentary samosas in the evening. It seemed a little pricey but proved to be in line with other Calgary aiport hotels.

We stayed at the Lakeview Signature in August for four nights and had a fantastic time. The service was exceptional. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and stylishly furnished. We had all the amenities we needed and it was great to go for a nightly dip in the pool or relax in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful,especially Sharon, head of the kitchen staff. They went above and beyond, even giving our granddaughter a tour on the daily running of a hotel,including kitchen and laundry. The complimentary breakfasts included a wide variety of food choices--something to satisfy everyone. We would highly recommend this fine establishment to anyone who visits Calgary.
