j ai séjourné de trés nombreuses fois à l'art Muséo, lors de mes voyages à Prato, cette hotel est vraiment à déconseiller aux touristes. le coté déco années 70 "orange" date un peu et le matériaux utilisés ont été érodés par les années. la restauration est moyenne, meilleur au diner qu au petit déjeuner.

Sono stato all'Art Museo parecchie volte, quindi so ciò che dico: le camere sono grandi ma vecchie, risalgono alla fine degli anni ’70, e non sono tenute affatto bene. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo e altrettanto datato: non è molto pulito e la doccia non funziona bene. Tutte le camere in cui ho alloggiato avevano bisogno di essere rimesse a nuovo. È più che evidente che l’hotel è stato costruito alla fine degli anni ’70. C’è un ristorante al pianterreno, ma la gestione lascia molto a desiderare: spesso i tavoli sono sporchi. L’ultima volta ho dovuto aspettare 20 minuti, prima che si accorgessero della mia presenza e venissero a prendere l’ordinazione. I camerieri sono disordinati, la colazione del mattino è molto, molto scadente e il servizio in generale è tutt’altro che impeccabile. Non è sicuramente un hotel 4 stelle.

Have been in this hotel many times and so can give a trustable opinion about it : rooms are big, but old, end '70 style, and not well maintained. Bathroom is usually not big and kind of old style as well : not very clean and with a bad working shower. All rooms I have stayed in would have needed a total refurbishment. It is very clear that the hotel was built in the late 70 era. The restaurant downstairs is very badly carried on : tables are not always clean. Last time I waited 20 minutes before someone could actually see they have a new guest who wanted to order. Waiters are messy and breakfast offered in the morning is very, very poor and the overall service lacks. At the end not a 4 stars hotel at all.

Had to cut my trip short to an emergency but I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room, the restaurant, and the hotel services were excellent. Very congenial staff and of course, comfortably air-conditioned.
