Clean, friendly, good location....everything. Breakfast was great. It is a nice walk, or quick tram ride into the centre. This was ideal for us, and I would certainly suggest this as a place to stay.

Really friendly hotel with clean,comfortable rooms as well as being close to the beach/promenade. Best thing of all - Great food and plenty of it!

What a lovely place to stay! The couple running it were above and beyond helpful and cooked a great breakfast in the mornings! The rooms were comfortable, clean and the tea and coffee well stocked. Very floral, but even as a younger couple, we didn't mind one bit, it just added to the Blackpool experience! A fair walk into town, around 15 minutes, but the trams and buses litterally run from the end of the street, so getting about is easy and cheap! It's very cheap to stay here and you get much better service than you would in any big hotel!
