This is the second time I stayed here within the month and I must say that the return visit was much better than the first. I had been allocated a room at the back of the hotel that had been refurbished to a decent standard and had triple glazing so no noise would be heard from the mainline station behind. As before the food was OK and the staff were pleasant. OK value for money.

This was a nice older hotel. Hotel was clean and had a good english breakfast. I would stay again. Make sure to visit The Express pub about three blocks away. Very friendly folks.

I stayed for two nights at the Crewe Arms Hotel for a business meeting and would not stay again - I could hear both the trains and the train announcements from my room which was drafty and uncomfortable - not making for a good nights sleep at all; additionally, there were few vegetarian options on the menu (and none at all during the lunch, bar the cake) .

We stayed as part of a large group and had a fantastic time. The bedrooms were excellent, clean modern and very obvioulsy recently refurbished. The restaurant is beautiful and food and service were excellent. Great hotel, great staff and will definetly be going back in the future.
