Engineer Francesco Lena s project went beyond the vineyard. He skilfully rebuilt the entire Abbey, creating a top rate Relais resort with 29 rooms, each one named after vineyards. He and architect wife Paola also added a pool, gardens, two gourmet restaurants with the finest local kitchen, and a conference room. Off site leisure arrangements can be made for chartering Katamarans or helicopters or for going horseback or mountain bike riding. It is an unforgettable stay, which requires advance booking at the telephone numbers indicated on the rear.
