Splendid, completely renovated late XIX century Villa surrounded by a lovely park, 4star Hotel in a historic building with unusual comfort for its category. The rooms are all sound-proofed, have wood floors, Venetian stucco walls, king or queen-sized bed, 21-inch color TV with menu control, video-recorder and safe with magnetic badge. There is a 50 liter refrigerator-bar, closed-circuit terrestrial and satellite TV, the satellite channels with satellite dish and digital decoder, terrestrial TV, telephone plug for Internet connection, e-mail service, 5 channel wired radio in each Atec Tutondo room, with possibility of generalized notification, air conditioning with digital controls, telephone recharge. It is possible to open the door while lying on the bed.
