The first time we stayed there were some positives and a few negatives. the hotel was very clean,kids loved pool with slides and play area.Rooms large and clean.The room that we had was right next door to a door that open and closes to stairs.All night long I heard door opening and closing.The kids received burns from pool,I'm guessing being a new hotel over use of cholerine.Second time we stayed I mentioned not wanting room next to stairs.They gave us a room on first floor,very nice room.Staff nice and nice breakfast area.

My husband and I made a reservation for a weekend get-away. We had reservations at a favorite restaraunt for our 39th aniversary. We were extremely disappointed in the hotel. We were placed in a 3rd floor room directly above the pool area. The noise from the pool was unbelievable. We contacted the front desk and were told the pool closed at 11:00 pm but during that afternoon there were birthday parties going on in the pool. Several trips in the elevator put us in contact with several families staying at the hotel but leaving the pool due to safety concerns with the amount of children/adults in the area. Our room had sticky toothpaste on the counter and old dried soap in the shower. The fitted sheet and mattress pad would not stay on the bed, we had to get up several times to remake the bed, but it really didn't matter, since we couldn't sleep due to the noise from the pool and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We were so angy and exhausted by 6:00 am, we left the hotel. I won't be spending $125.00 a night for a room like that ever again. Lesson learned!

The problem we had was there were poopy underwear next to the refrigerator that looked like they were there for a while. We were very disgusted and the staff said that they would look into it. I could have gotten Hepatitis or some thing awful like that!

Hotel was new and clean. Nothing extraordinary. Good price. Can walk to FUN ZONE and we played miniature golf. Can walk to a Dairy Queen restaurant and a couple of bars. I didn't stay for breakfast.
