"We spent 4 days here (Sept. 26-29, 2004) and really liked it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even having stamps for me to buy for my postcards (and mailed them as well). It's located very close to the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park which is convenient. The breakfast was very..."

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. It was Okay in general, but their wireless internet was unusable. The only way to get on line was to use the public computer in the lounge. Continental breakfast was average, but there are simply too few tables and people have to wait for 10 minutes or more for a space. The carpet in the room has a sticky spot. They took care of it quickly upon complaining though (but unable to fully remove the sticky source).

Stayed three days. Older style Motel that has been kept up .Our room was very clean and well maintain . One thing that was really nice is the air cont. had a temp. control so didn't run all the time. beds looked new. Pool is outside which is small and never seemed to be turned on. Breakfast area was small, but they did a great job of keeping it cleaned and well stocked. Great place if you are looking for just a place to stay after going to the parks. No frills.

Most of the chain hotels in West Yellowstone looked similiar. This hotel was about average for the town. If you stay here, I would recommend that you call a week or two ahead of time and confirm the reservations. We booked a family suite about 6 months ahead of time. When I checked in (with confirmation in hand), I was told that the family suite was already taken and would be full the 4 days we were there. The manager was apologetic and found a 2 queen bed room for us and a rollaway bed. The bathroom needed some repairs and the breakfast items were the same each of the 4 mornings we were there. It would have been nice to have had more of a variety of items. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This location is a short walking distance to everything in town. Friendly staff, room was clean and perfectly suitable. Water is fantastic. Good showers. Exceptional breakfast. Pets ok. What more can you ask? Ok, pool and hot tub not open yet for season, when we stayed.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for four days while exploring the park. We had a queen suite that was spacious and fully equipped with a full size fridge, cooking stove and microwave. The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. We asked for an extra blanket and 5 sec later boom "here you are sir" with a smile. Hey do you know of a close by restaurant? "Absolutely, let me draw you a map" Having a bit of trouble with the TV remote. Brought it to their attention and it was fixed like that! There was no we' ll send somebody by later or soon no it was 'boom" done! Every request we had was professionally and expediently carried out. Even the morning continental breakfast was both expansive and diverse. I just want to commend the staff on the quality of the level of service they offer. I spend a fair amount of time in Ritz-Carlton on business but I never expected that level of service from a Best Western in Wyoming. The property itself has a location just off the main tourist area to be more secluded with a city park across the street complete with playground and baseball field. When I hear about someone I know coming to Yellowstone, I will surely recommend this property!
