Hard to fault this, the room was small but so was the price. Hotel is central, staff were friendly – breakfast seemed expensive so I didn’t eat. While checking out the receptionist did a quick internet search and less than an hour later we were on a cruise on the Rhine, the highlight of our stay in Germany. It’s somewhere to sleep, not a destination hotel but I am glad I stayed there and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. If only there were more small, quality, well priced places like this.

Had to stay in Germany for my first time for a 2 week business trip. Because its summer here now rates of most hotels were above their normal price so I was limited as to which hotel I could choose to stay in. Read great reviews about this hotel & pretty much everything lived up to those reviews. Yes, the rooms are small, but no smaller than many rooms I've seen in places like around Asia & other parts of Europe where you have to pay a great deal more than this hotel. I found the staff very friendly & accommodating. They allowed me to have a late checkout of 4pm as I had a late flight which was great. Rooms are very clean & quite modern. I didn't stay here the whole 2 week as my business trip brought me to other places, but I stayed here 7 nights, & even though I am used to 5 star hotels for my business trips, I was quite happy with the ACHAT & would come here again if I was once again limited with funds. Just a small bit of advice. Most rooms don't come with air conditioning as standard so if you are used to having a/c, make sure you ask before arrival.

Stayed here for two nights in April 2008. Although the room was a liitle on the small side, it was comfortable and clean. The ensuite shower room was nice and looked modern as it was incorporated into the room but partitioned with frosted glass and sliding doors. No tea and coffee making facilities or iron but some sparkling water on arrival. Staff were helpful and printed train times for us. Hotel was reasonably priced, convieniently located 2 minutes walk from the old town centre. Would stay here again.

I stayed just one night there but it was enough to understand that this was a great choice! All my collegues payed more than me in worst hotels around town!.. Perfect location! Great hall with design style.. Great room with modern forniture and bath!.. I didn't have breakfast there so I can't tell about it...

I like this hotel and may revisit one day, its a clean hotel, good food for breakfeast, rooms may be small a bit, but clean, very fast and good service at the reception and people are very nice and really helpfull, the hotel is situated in the center 2 minutes walking, and for a good price! I recommend it for tourists, shoping, young and even old people, its very quite you can enjoy your sleep! Lara
