AVOID!!! This hotel is a joke. They call it a 4 star hotel, it’s just laughable!!! The room has no AC and looks like a chip dorm room decorated by a prison guard with a very bad taste. The personnel is rather rude (BEWARE OF NASIA), business center (a little closet that is always locked up) is ?5 per 30 min. Good location though, if you are willing to accept everything else. But for us, NEVER AGAIN!!!

We stayed in this 4 **** hotel for one night in March 2008 and it was great. The hotel is situated in a small street in the city centre of The Hague with hardly any traffic and some very nice little bars and restaurants. From outside you would not expect such a large building: a large entrance hall, a dining room, a bar, an internet room (? 2,50 per hour) and four floors with large rooms. We had a room on the 3rd floor (305) at the front side of the building: very spacious, well decorated room with double glazed windows ( which is absolutely necessary) and a large twin bed and rather good mattresses. There is no noise from other rooms. The room is air-conditioned (we did not need to switch it on), has a good TV set, a working table and a sitting area. The bath room is spacious too, has a bath tub with a perfectly working shower and two wash stands. The room as well as the bath room are spotless clean. Breakfast is first rate: warm and cold buffet with fresh yoghurt, milk, different kinds of bread, pastries, juices, etc., and is served in a room with view on the queen's garden. We also had dinner, which was very good. As we had to wait long before dinner was served the waiter spontaneously offered us a glass of wine for free! Both waiters and receptionists are very kind and helpful. As the hotel is very centrally situated many objects of interest and the shopping centre are within walking distance. The tram is within 400 meters and two stops from the railway station. We booked through ebookers.nl and only paid 92,00 euro, breakfast included. Very recommendable.

we stopped at this hotel for one night only, in december 08 on a coach trip. the entrance was splendid.check in was quick, and reception staff were very informative and efficient. our room was a delight, at the back of the hotel, overlooking the queens palace and gardens, and with a large balcony. the bathroom, all done out in marble, and was used straight away after a long day in amsterdam. very hot water and nice toiletries. we booked a meal at the restaurant within the hotel. our one mistake. six of us ate there, first course good, second course, three of us had the same meal and all were nicely presented but cold. told waitress and it seemed to be a lot of bother for her. however she brought them back and they were only lukewarm told her not good enough. then told us that it was a long way from the kitchen and thats why they get cold!!! i asked her to micro-wave mine and it came back limp but hot. did not bother with dessert and left no tip. met up with various others in our coach party, they had been in the town and had good food and service. breakfast next day was a wonderful spread and we had our fill. staff were busy taking orders, clearing tables and filling the buffet. there was hot and cold food, but again the hot food was only lukewarm. overall a good experience, we would stop here again but find somewhere else for evening meal

We booked a superior room, it was definitely worth it! We had a nice view on the garden and the queen's palace with a balcony. The service was also very good. Breakfast was however very expensive (20EUR!)

Not much to say really this a great hotel. Great room - we had ground floor room with patio door and seating onto the gardens. Friendly staff - although they make you lift your bags into the luggage room which is a bit weird, not a problem for me but for elderly people?! The area might not be right in the middle of Den Haag but the little shops and restuarants nearby are really good. Breakfast is really good also.
