I thought this hotel was great. All the staff were really welcoming, approachable and helpful. I found the room to be lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location to get to just about anywhere in Manchester, so is definately worth a stay.

- Central Location; close to the Metro and easy to use the free Metrolink to Piccadilly Station for example and short walkingdistance to the city.

We stayed at the aurora for the day, we phoned the hotel to reserve and receptionist had a very proffesional manner. We were booked in for a deluxe room with no meal pland but she gave us breakfast for free.
On arrival the staff were very friendly to us. The only problem was parking, they have a pay-parking system outside or a seperate block complimentary, we decided to get the ticket from the machine and park outside due to convenience. It is in a great location just minutes from the town centre. It also has a phenomanal bar attached to it which has a lively atmosphere and tasty drinks!
The rooms were exquisite and well equipped. Our stay was wonderful and i would 120% reccomend this hotel as i feel its class will soon be upgraded to 5*

It is a brilliant Hotel.
The hotel is clean, and its rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I do not think I slept better than in the beds of Arora! hahaha
The restaurant Obsidian has the best cocktails around Manchester.
But the best of this hotel are the staff. The treatment of employees to people is brilliant, is a familiar treatment and cordial that makes the stay at the hotel is wonderful.
Of course I can not forget the manager of Hotel: Paris !!!!
Paris is wonderful, joyful and soul of Arora.

The Arora Manchester is a cool and cosmopolitan hotel. But what really sets it apart from the other hotels for me was how fantastic the staff were during my stay. From the young lady who booked my room, the reception staff who wanted to make sure I was okay getting around Manchester to the chap who took my suitcase to my cab whilst I checked out!
To me this is what staying in a hotel is about.
Rarely do you get not only such professional but personable staff. (Or maybe its just me that comes across the impersonal, robot drones at other hotels who think they’re' doing you a favour by you staying there?)
Well done to the guys at Arora.
