I had to go to Zaragoza on a Business trip for a week and choose this hotel for convenient location in the city centre. My surprise was in addition to its good location, every other feature of the hotel was excellent: nice and well furnished rooms, very kind attitude of staff and one of the finest breakfast in my life!!
I am not sure if I will need to go back to Zaragoza this year but for the sake of overnighting back in this hotel, sure I will try.

The hotel is very stylish and the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. You couldn't have a better location in Zaragoza as its less than 5 minutes walk to the Basillica, about 30 minutes to Aljaferia and 20 minutes to the main museum. Loads of great bars and restaurants pretty much on your doorstep.
We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. I know some reviews have mentioned noise as the area is lively at night- but we were on the third floor and really didn't notice it.

A great hotel which as others have mentioned is central to the old town and near all the sights. We didn't have breakfast in our package so can't comment on that but it was fun to grab food whilst exploring. It might be worth getting to the market which is the next street along as it looked as is they had a good bread stand and it is an interesting visit anyway.
The room is big enough with a desk, tv, mini bar, good bathroom with deep bath and power shower, bidet ,complimentary tolieteries and heated towel rail. Verty comfortable bed.
We were on the third floor and despite the double patio doors and blackout curtain it can be noisy on Friday and Saturday evening. The noise seemed to be around 4am when people were coming out of the clubs nearby, everything gets going and stays open later. It woke me once but after a busy day in Zaragoza I got back to sleep ok.
We were very comfortable in the room and staff were generally nice and helpful. They spoke some English.
Not really a 4 star by UK standards probably high 3 I think.
Have a great time in Zaragoza; the Basilica, La Seo Cathedral and Zaragoza museum are fantastic. Would also recommend the Jane Birkin bar, it's a must!
We found it impossible to get hold of a decent guide to the city and ended up with a large general guide to Spain that had a few pages. The hotel had a map which was useful and a list of places to visit but unfortuantely the opening times are not up to date. Do try the Tourist Office opposite the Basilica.
There is a lot of building work going on for the Expo in 2008, so expect a bit of scaffolding on some of the main buildings. Finally brush up on your Spainish, we got by, just ,with my bad Spanish and some English from the locals!
