We had an excellent stay in early January just at the beginning of SALDI. The staff is very friendly and ready to help! My regards to Silvia who helped us with restaurant reservation! Have booked standart Dbl but as the hotel was not full we decided to switch to a Suite (Madame Butterfly) with was very cosy and facing inner courtyard. Breakfast is rather good(cold staff only) though a bit slow service. Verona is really lovely town with great restaurants and excellent shopping!

Very good location, 10 mins walk to the main city area where the tourist sites are. Hotel gave us a free bottle of champagne aftre knowing we were on our honeymoon which was a nice gesture. Room is big and clean.

The hotel was a quick bus ride or a 10 minute walk from the train station. It was a very easy walk from the hotel to everywhere in Verona. The room was pleasant with a flat screen TV and a great bathroom. The breakfast buffet is in a pleasant room in the basement with a nice selection of food.

L'hotel si è presentato subito bene con una buona accoglienza. Ci è stata immediatamente assegnata una camera al secondo piano (forse troppo vicina ai rumori dell'ascensore). Abbiamo trovato una camera dotata di A/C, Tv lcd con canali satelllitari, frigo/bar. Il bagno era spazioso e pulito. L'hotel si trova a poche centinaia di metri da Piazza Brà dove si può ammirare l'Arena e cominciare la visita della città. Ci ritorneremmo volentieri.
