I stayed at this hotel for one night only on business. The room was good although in a building separate to the main building. I thought it might be noisy as it was facing the busy street but no problems at all. The real difference here was the staff - travelling lots in my job, this is, for me, the difference between good and average hotels. The staff were so helpful and friendly. All the way from check in to check out and everything in between. Really well trained and totally professional. Finally the food. If you are used to "hotel" food then this hotel will be a pleasant surprise. Superbly cooked and presented by really nice restaurant staff. Whoever is the boss here is doing a great job in motivating and training his/her staff!

This hotel has an excellent location, short walking from the railway station. The building is an historical one, as you can read on the hotel website. I stayed at the hotel only for one night, but i had time to appreciate the large room, the great bathroom (with bathrobes, many towels), the separate W.C. The room has a marvellous bed, a great flat screen TV. The staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast is superb, you can take everything you like from the buffet.

Highly recommend this hotel, excellent location within Utrecht and for day trips to other locations in Holland. The room was large and elegant; the staff attentive and friendly; high speed access in room and also free internet access in lounge

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights 6-8 October. We are both seasoned travellers and quite hard to please but this hotel scored on all fronts:- Great location, fantastic rooms and service and quite the best meal we have ever had. We shall be back.

This was my second stay although sadly this time for only one night. A great location within Utrecht and within easy walking distance to the city centre. Everything about this Hotel deserved the highest praise. Staff, Bedroom and excellent bathrooms. The cellar bar is a great place to end the day. If not eating at the hotel I can strongly reccommend the Restaurant Wilhelmina Park, absolutely the best in Utrecht!.
