Hello
Me and my Girlfriend stopped in the Hotel at the End of June. The hotel it self is very nice lovely big rooms and very clean and tidy. They came every day to do the rooms and the hotel was lovely and clean.
The pools are great there is a Lagoon style one with less kids round it which is nice if your trying to relax.
The food was good very high standard canteen style help your self but was cooked well and they changed the tubs on a regular basis so you dont get old food sitting around. There is also a chef cooking steak and fish and other things. Fresh fruit every morning and evening and loads of salad and things to conquer most pallets.
The hotel is right near the beach literally over the road and is about 30 mins walk to centre but we only stayed locally.
If you have got a family there were plenty of things to do for the kids as we noticed.
I would recommend this to anybody all the staff very helpful and will sort things at pace. Very good hotel if you are in wheel chair as there are rampsevery where.

Stayed here in Mar 08 for a week. Resort very quiet as out of season. Hotel was very good, rooms great size and clean. Entertainment wasn't that clever in the evening and the bar service quite slow. Kids entertainment was better great animation team. Only went B&B so cannot comment too much on the food. A big plus for this hotel is its location. Right on beach front. For the price we paid for this hotel, I though it was great value and would definately come back again.

This was our first time in Sol Lanzarote, but our third time in Lanzarote. We were travelling with a 4 ? and a 2 ? year old kid. We upgraded our room on arrival to the suites with the sea view. We had a great room overlooking the pool and the sea. The hotel looks good and it’s location is excellent. The beach is opposite the back gate and the Airport is only a ?10 euro ride away.
The rooms were nice, big and had everything we required. There were clean and modern. The safe was free and we got bath robes and slippers on arrival. The table and chairs were not entirely suitable for kids eating at but they managed. Housekeeping was daily with towels changed daily and lined changed every couple of days. Depending on the cleaner the housekeeping varied from excellent to average.
The hotel had four pools with one of the smaller pool suiting our 4 & 2 year old. We didn’t bother with the kids clubs as they met loads of kids around the pool that they were happy to play with. As with all resorts, the best spots along the pool were reserved early before 8.30 – 8.45. The entertainers seemed to be very good with the kids and there is activities every day for the adults – football, water polo/volley ball, shooting, archery etc.
We ate twice in the evening at the hotel restaurant. It was ideal when eating with the kids as it was buffet style. ?50.00 for the 4 of us which wasn’t bad. As it was buffet it allowed us get a bit of everything for the kids which was good as they get sick of the typical chicken and chips or burger and chips that is presented everywhere else. Also as it was buffet they were able to get 2 or 3 deserts after their main course which was a good incentive to eat their main course. The food was decent, nothing spectacular but had lots of choice. The pool restaurant was fine for lunch again nothing fancy but sufficient - sandwiches, pizza, chips burgers. The bar can be slow at night but we never really stayed at the hotel at night time as we travelled into town. The shows were from other peoples reports pretty good – the kids all enjoyed them.
Most evenings we travelled into Puerto Del Carmen, ?4 -?5 in taxi. The shops have all the same stuff and there are some good deals to be got in the makeup and perfume shops. As it was our third visit we know the good restaurants to go to. The best is Quintins which is in Ave. Juan Carlos1. This is definitely good dining with the kitchen on full view which is nice to sit and watch your food being prepared. Other restaurants we would recommend is Cafe La Ola/ La Ola (beside the Casino), La Cascada Puerto, Puerto Bahia in the harbour and Puerto Viejo also in the harbour.
We will definitely book this hotel again – no hesitation. It may not be the standard of the Fariones but if you have a couple of young kids, then this place is ideal. As a family resort it is superb, if you are a couple looking for a lively holiday – look closer to Puerto del Carmen.
