Hotel owners and all staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly when I had to call a Swiss doctor to see my daughter, who was ill most of the week - we really appreciated our very comfortable and clean family room, which had an amazing view of the mountains and a mezzanine level that the children loved. Very good food, plenty of choice. Standard of hygiene high. Quiet location but very convenient for shops, bus station and small ski area; not far to main cable and ice rink (5 min walk) but easy to hire skis and leave them at cable car station. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Stayed for a skiing weekend, found it to be friendly, whilst still maintaining the usual swiss politeness. Breakfast was a buffet but always fresh & lots of variety. Location is fantastic, right in the village centre close to ski lifts & bars & restaurants. Room fine, maybe the bathroom a little small but we were hardly in there

This Hotel is too expensive regarding the 3 stars hotel. Food is not good and the owners are not very friendly.
