I can't speak more highly of this place. Booked a hotel for our wedding Anniversary (last min booking) Mentioned this so we would get a nice quiet room.
When we arrived ridiculously early (7am) in the morning after a night flight, we were welcomed by "Happy Anniversary" and a room upgrade +++.
The lady in the reception promised to prioritise our room cleaning and give us a ring when it's ready. We got a call 9.30, BONUS. We were so tired and were thinking how on earth we'll stay up until 14.00 when we suppose to check in.
So got back to the hotel and to our beautiful 9th floor room and there was a bottle of bubbly and a card from the duty manager wishing us Happy Anniversary again and stay in Radisson. After couple of hours sleep, freshened up and corked the bubbly and hit the town. What a location just far enough to Hotel to be quiet, but near enough to walk everywhere. There is also free circle tram running just around the corner if you feel lazy. QV markets great place for example breakfast and all the shops just stone throw away. Wasn't too impressed with Docklands, but a great spot if you want to have a meal by the sea and into that sort of thing.
If we'll try to find something negative, I would say the gym was slightly cramped, but what a view and spa pure heaven.

We booked this hotel on lastminute.com.au and got a good rate for the 4 nights that we stayed there. The hotel is located within walking distance to all of the main streets (good for shopping!). We ate in a place called SCHNITZ most mornings, it is literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel and makes the best fresh sandwiches in Melbourne.
The only thing that disappointed me was the size of the swimming pool. The picture on the website is deceiving. You have a beautiful view from the "pool", but the pool is more like a jacuzzi. I didn't expect an olympic size swimming pool, but to burn off some of the fresh sandwiches, I had expected a pool where you could at least swim. I do not think that the hotel should advertise the pool as a pool.
The staff were very friendly upon arrival and were very helpful when we asked for directions.
I would stay there again but will leave my swimsuit at home the next time :-)

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights - for a four star hotel I was a little disappointed with the rooms and I thought the bathroom was a bit dated. Other than that the hotel was in a great location - not too far away from the centre but in a quiet location. The Restaurant was the biggest surprise - probably the best breakfast selection I have ever seen and we had dinner one of the nights and it was amazing.

Booked standard room upgraded to Executive King room. Very Large corner room with views over Flagstaff Gardens. Very quiet - extremely comfortable. Staff very helpful. Trams run in front of hotel - very easy to get around with met card tickets. Found harbour best place to eat. Hotel best place to drink. All amenities required in room.
