I want to be say right away, I did not stay at this hotel. I intended to. I found a rate cheaper on a different booking site than what was posted on their own site and called to ask them about their "low rate guarantee". They were very rude and did everything possible to make sure I would not get a night free as "guaranteed" on their website. They "encouraged" me to cancel my reservation which I naturally did. We are in town on business and need hotel by the airport so we will stay at the Country Inn instead. By the way, the lower rate was still available as of yesterday. Shame on Ramada and we will never stay with any Ramada again, either on business or holiday travel.

We had to leave on an early flight, so we decided to stay at the airport to cut our commute time. I booked the day before and boy was I pleasantly surprised. We paid 75 dollars and got an exceptional room. First, the staff was awesome. I had some special requests and they were more than happy to oblige. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a couch, chair, and desk area. They obviously cater to pilots, etc. because there were heavy blackout drapes, quiet rooms (are they soundproofed??), and first class room-service from a local restaurant. The complimentary continental breakfast is huge and they have a small in-lobby convenience store. The hotel is super close to the airport and the shuttle runs around the clock. This hotel also offers long-term parking for your car at 5 bucks a day. I was so happy with the value of this hotel that I will book a longer stay next time I'm in Indy.

WOW! What else can I say? Our room was quite large, as also mentioned by others and meticulously clean. The bed was wonderful, and we even left our 'from home' pillows in the car. The shower was possibly the best I have ever experienced in any hotel, and I used to tour with The USAF Band, seeing many hotels. The staff was wonderful, and the hotel shuttle was available to all guests to go to local restaurants. The one that was recommended by the shuttle driver turned out to be excellent, and a phone call to the hotel brought the shuttle right back for us. There were many flight crews from various airlines staying there and it seems to be the place for them in the area. This alone should be a great recommendation. The included breakfast was rather average, but good and the breakfast area was kept well stocked. My one small complaint is that there is no printed list of TV channels. Yes, there is a 'guide' on the TV, but it took awhile to really figure out what was going on. Please, print this information... The price was quite a bit lower than expected, BTW.

The Ramada was clean and comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The included breakfast was much better than the standard continental breakfast at similar hotels. Service was courteous and helpful. I would certainly return to this hotel if the occasion arose.

I've stayed at many hotels from budget to 5-star, including lots of Hampton Inns. This one is no exception to the general rule for the group - it is excellent value for money and would be my choice should I stay in the area again. I'm sure this must have been converted from a Hilton Hotel, at some point, as have many others in the chain. As several reviewers have said, it offers excellent service, massive rooms and was remarkably quiet. And it's only 3 minutes from the airport! Perfect.
