The 4-star Romantik Hotel Gmachl offers very attractive rooms, yet keeping the charm of a true Country Inn. The cuisine is regional, specialising in the best delicacies this part of the country has to offer. The in-house butcher-shop of course add to the high reputation this house has established. The amenities of the Gmachl are their own court (in part covered), horse-riding stable and school and a swimming pool. Limited reception hours: MON - SUN: 07:00 am - 11:00 pm. If you arrive later than 11.00 pm please contact the hotel for details.

The hotel is located only about 4 miles outside Salzburg, and downtown Salzburg is easily accessable by both car and train within 10 minutes.
