"I had a great two-week stay at the Quality Inn! The rooms were clean and in good condition, the managers were really friendly, and the wireless internet access always worked. Bonuses: the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, and the fresh waffles (low fat and delicious) every morning. :)"

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Hemet for 2 nights, during this time I had received a few phone calls with regards to a family emergency. The people at the desk told me they would not put through any more phone calls, they said they were not obligated to do this. On numerous occasions when my family did call, the front desk put them on hold for 2 seconds and then came back on the line saying there wasn't any answer. They flat out lied, as there was never any ringing on the other end as there had been before. The front desk told me to get a cell phone!! I was staying there after reading their site telling me of the services offered. I don't recommend this place to anyone. These people happily took my money and then played very unproffessional games with me. I can't believe that Quality Inn has no control over the franchise owners for such behavior. If they can't deal with the needs of their guests, perhaps they shouldn't be in the hospitality business. Perhaps they should have voice mail or direct calling available. If not, they should remove the phones and state on their site that there will be no incoming calls. This is such blatant discrimination, and to think that the owner himself was ok with this. Unbelievable!

Travelodge Hemet is operated by some really nice and very accommodating people but they sure have thin walls in the units and dirty carpets. We toughed it out through the night and checked out first thing with our noise complaint.
