Notably helpful staff (including giving much needed local advice on roads, etc). Only gripe was the menu, which never had the item you most wanted.

We stayed at The Carriage House on the night of our wedding (a number of other guests booked rooms there as well). The entire experience was totally pleasureable. The owners are first class and the rooms are great. The grounds are kept beautifully. I don't have a bad word to say about it. Absolutely wonderful.... The restaurant is great if you are looking for a well cooked and tasty meal.
