This hotel is grossly overpriced due to its location. THe Bathroom was dirty, as well as the fact when i asked the chef to omit rice from my meal as i am allergic to it and replace it with chips, i was told 'no' the dish came with rice so i had to have it as well as pay extra for any side order.
The Internet charges are ridiculuous...No Ashtray in the smoking rooms. THere is a general lack of thought...for the price it sucks...really sucks.
I stay in hotels nealry 200 nights a year in becuase of work and this is the worst hotel i have used in Northern Ireland, i will never use it again. If this was ?60 or ?70 i wouldnt mond becuase that is what i would expect, but to charge me ?125 is incredible.

Stayed five nights for a company course. This is a large part of this hotel's business - there are nine conference rooms and the place is nearly always full.
The building feels very much like a Novotel with pale wood design throughout. It claims four stars - I would dispute that however I will say it is top of the three star range.
I had a business room which had a large comfortable double bed and was quite generous. Bathroom and toilet are separate with bath/shower combined. All the things you need are here - TV/info system with a couple of cable channels, none international. Trouser press, tea & coffee makings and so on. Reasonable closet and drawer space.
If there is air conditioning then I never experienced it having any effect at all - despite a visit from maintenance ! Be warned if you visit in summer.
Breakfast is adequate but a little expensive at ?12. All other meals whether taken in Circles restaurant or the bar are good quality and I thought very reasonably priced.
All staff are exceptionally friendly and that is what sets it apart rather than fixtures and fittings.
You could not be nearer BFS International - literally opposite. Airport and road noise do not intrude thanks to good sound insulation.
I would not want to come here for lesisure but if you have a flight stopover or a business conference then it is one of the better experiences and not an outrageous price

We (two adults and two under twos) booked a night prior to an early morning flight. We had requested a room with two travel cots but when we got there they told us that they couldn't provide two cots per room due to health and safety. Instead we had to take a family room which was 160 pounds GBP which was a bit steep for what it was.
The rooms were well appointed but needed new carpet and furnishings, there were wires everywhere for the tv & lamps and that was tricky because of the tiny fingers! The rooms also smelt of smoke and we could hear the elevator going up and down as the motor room was right beside our room. Also because we were one of the first rooms on the corridor you could hear all the commotion in the bar. As well as that the airport was very busy during the night with transplant teams coming in and out so there was a lot of air traffic which you could hear plainly and loudly!
Needless to say due to all these factors our children did not sleep at all and we ended up taking it in turns to walk them around the hotel. We met some really nice people that night though!..............especially the drunken girls from Glasgow and the Titan air pilots that we met.
Breakfast was of average fayre, it starts at 5 for the continental type breakfast and then you can get hot food from 5;30. The food itself was fine could have done with a bit more time under the grill though.
We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked quite varied and reasonably priced for airport hotel grub.
There is not much for children (being an airport hotel with a mainly business clientele) but we did find out before we left that the hotel does have an arrangement with another hotel regarding leisure facilities. This is not on their webite so ask at reception for details. In all fairness though, if we needed anything all staff (housekeeping, reception, management, bar and restaurant) were very accommodating.
There is also broadband in the foyer which is free to guests
The location is superb literally two hops and skip and a jump to the terminal and the parking included options are a great extra. The staff are very professional and courteous also.
All in all and excellently located hotel for a short stopover before a flight with good rates on park and fly. I would say this hotel is a three star standard and has a long way to go before it lives up to its four star rating. Not a place to bring small children yet fine for the adult/leisure/business traveller

Went at a last minute trip and there was a marathon on in Belfast the same weekend this was the only hotel with vacant rooms and the location was idea. The hotel is five minute walk from the airport and very convienant. The rooms were comfy and well aired the problem we had was with the food...The food ordered arrived looking like it had been made 12hours previous and slammed in the mircowave, it tasted revolting and looked nothing like describe, I called room service to complain, after up to three lengthy calls to the Manager and being told how I'd upset the chef they eventually erased it from the bill. Found that experience very unprofessional and put me off eating there again. I do recommend the Red Robin pub around a 15-20 minute walk and signposted, excellent service and food and we ony ate there after. There is also a bus service outside and buses run every 30 mins into town so aside from avoiding the food at all costs I do recommend it!
